Thank you so much for your help. Greatly appreciated. I obiedently obeyed
Kodak by installing their software - plus it seems to me that xp prof has all
the tools I need to get pics from any camera and I just wish I knew how all
these various programs I have work together - basically - want to use xp
tools whenever possible; one folder "my pictures" with sub folders all in one
location; send email by simple click, at appropriate size, etc, etc. Have
diff prog's - Paint, MS Picture mgr, adobe photoshop, on and on, and on.
point me in the right direction if possible. Anyway I thank you for your
reply. ps - it worked.

Hey do you have an e-mail address I can respond back to you on instead of the
forums? These forums can be a pain and I can provide a faster response in
e-mail. My e-mail is lorenmff@hotmail.com. I actually use photoshop for
everything I do since I do a lot of web design and photography work. I can
show you some tips and tricks that should make your photo management easier.

I will post any tips and tricks in here anyone wants but I would rather do it
per request than posting random stuff. What are you looking for? What
program?

Not needing anything in particular at present, but just trying to drum up any
help we can get for this "painful" forum.
Off-forum responses are not helpful to posters who may want to google for
answers by topic or author.
The greater the volume of tips and tricks posted here, the greater the
archived base on google.
"Faster" is not always "better"<g>
