I am having trouble with .jpeg files I get off the internet. I hav
done this for years to print covers for my cd's. I used Musicmatc
and recently had problems with my computer and the person who fixe
it put Roxio software on it. He told me that it was better and
found it was horrible. Recently I took Roxio off and put m
Musicmatch back on. Now my Musicmatch will not show any of th
pictures that I have downloaded during my stnt with Roxio and als
any I save to my picture folder. Yet when I go to The folder manuall
they are there. It's driving me nuts. I open the properties up of th
old and new pics and they are exactly the same. All are set to b
opened by my pic editing software. The only difference is one say
.jpeg file and the other (new) says .jpeg image. Sorry for the lon
start to a forum but it's hard to explain and VERY agrivating

ivylynn01, I found a way to do it for me. It's a little longer than
used to do it but here it is and see if it works for you. I downloa
the pic like I always did. I then right click on it and open it wit
"Microsoft Paint" then go to the "files" and go to "save as" and typ
in a new name. Then they will show up. If I find out what the heck i
going on I'll post again

I have the same problem but have tried everything that has been said to do. I
can't download any pictures from the internet. I even tried your method and
still nothing. I hope someone knows what to do. Please let us know if you
find out something. I'll do the same.

Did you clear your cache? In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet options, delete
files.
