Hi there
Installed SyncToy, good idea! But I have noticed a couple of things
Using "Echo" - If I delete from the left (source) it doesn't delete
the same file on the right (Target)
I have unchecked certain folders on the left (source) yet it still
copies them to the right...
Anyone else?
Glen.

I also have noticed that SyncToy insists on creating (empty) folders on
the right, although they are unchecked.
The possibility to create an exclusion list (e.g.: *.tmp, *.td,
myFile.*) would be an excellent feature.

Glen,
Does this still happen with the release version?

Hi Glen,
Was the problem of unselecting folders ever fixed?
I found the same problem. In my case this means that I cannot simply sync
and entire drive but you must pair each directory individually. I used it in
"Contribute"mode.
It strange that the feature is there but that it does not work?

Paul

hi,
it´s really hard to believe for me that such a feature does not work in an
already updated version. there needs to be a fix soon.
there are too possibilities:
1. kick the feature completely (then i will choose another software)
2. fix it. when the feature is there it needs to work!!
maybe one of the microsoft guys will bring clearness to this topis soon.
bye,
rassnik
