I have some images in "pub" and "pdd" formats.  I was able to view them
before I had to reinstall WinXP Home SP-2 after a hard drive crash, but
apparently have not restored all the apps I had formerly. What programs
produce these formats and are there viewers available that will allow me to
view them using the applications available in XP?

PDD Graphic image that can be opened with Paint Shop Pro and Adobe PhotoDeluxe

PUB Document (Microsoft Publisher)

From http://whatis.techtarget.com/fileFormatA/0,289933,sid9,00.html

You would have to search the 'net to see if viewers are available.

There is no viewer for MS Publisher.

If a user does not have MS Publisher...
one alternative would be to order the
free 30day evaluation CD. After the
trial expires, the program will still function
as a viewer.
