Hi All

How do I set a spcific duration to all photos so that the story will end
when the
Music ends.
Example: I import 112 photos and the music is 135 seconds in length so I need
each photo to be about 1.1 seconds. How can I set all 112 photos to be 1.1
Sec each?

As for the "DVD Pal"profile which is under"Save your story for playback on
your computer" it says Display size:768x576.
As far as I know DVD Pal is 720x576
Any comments?
Thanks All

If you switch to Storyboard view and select
all the clips as a batch...you can add the
"Speed Up, Double" or "Slow Down, Half"
effect to change the duration. Just select
all the clips / right click the Effect and from
the menu...choose...Add To Storyboard.

"Speed Up, Double" cuts the duration in half.

"Slow Down, Half" doubles the duration.

These effects can be added up to six times.

If you need a more accurate adjustment...
the following info might be useful:

The setting change at: Tools / Options /
Advanced tab...only applies to clips added
to the timeline *after* you change the setting.

You can change the duration for each clip
manually. Move your pointer around on the
edge of a clip until you see a double red
arrow. Now drag the double red arrow...
you'll see a tooltip that shows the duration
changing.

Or...just redo the project after you change
the duration at: Tools / Options / Advanced
tab.

Hi John
In my post I was talking about the duration of the photos and not the effects.
In which step I can switch to "storyboard View"?
Where can I select all photos?
I tried to select all or by ctrl+a or shift and click but it does not select
all.
BTW,I am using Photot Story 3.

And what about my seconf question regurding the Pal preset?
Thanks
Danny

Sorry...for some reason I thought you were
using Movie Maker. Forget the previous
instructions. The following link should solve
your problem.
