My Photos open with Internet Explorer

For some reason when  I click on My Pictures ,then  I double click on one
Photo  to enlarge it for full screen .Right away it open with Windows
Internet Explorer .
I change the setting on my file & Folders not to be share ,but still doing it.

Right click on a picture > Choose Properties > on the General tab click the
Change button > on the Open with dialogue box choose the Recommended program
or click the Browse button to choose the program you want. The default is
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
