System: Windows XP SP3 Media Center Edition 2005

I use Kodak Easy Share software to transfer my pictures from my camera to my
hard drive.  Doing a search using “*.jpg” I found a hundred pictures that I
thought had been deleted in:

C:\documents and settings\owner\local settings\application
data\Microsoft\media player\art cache\localmls.

Can those files in “localmls” be deleted?  25 of them have 0 kb the others
anywhere from 2 kb to 12 kb.  In any case how did they get there?

With those sizes, they don't sound like real pictures...
