Every other page is blank

Hi

I am using WinXP SP2 trying to send a fax using the built in fax software.
When the fax arives at the other end, every other page is blank. It doesnt
even print the header.

Anyone any suggestions?

PS The PC (Laptop) has just been reinstalled from scratch. Previously it had
WinXP SP1 and I had exactly the same problem.

The issue could be in modem, using the link could you please check if your
modem is in Microsoft certified modem list
