In a Windows XP Professional workstation how can a printer be installed so
that it will show up for all users of the machine?

Is this better than using "net use LPT1 \\servername\printershare
/persistent:yes" command, therefore mapping it via an LPT port, then
installing the printer on the server using the LPT1 port on the client
PC - ?

Let me know please because havent tested each solution and would like to
know which one would be more advised.

Regards
