HP 6110xi All in one Printer Reading NARROW PAPER please load wide

My HP6110xi All in one printer is all of a sudden reading when I try and
print NARROW PAPER PLEASE LOAD WIDER PAPER and hit enter, can anyone help me
i dont know whats going on.

HP does.  Different device but probably the same problem

HP PSC 2210 - Paper Too Narrow, Load Wider Paper

Thanks for your help but that wasnt it, it happends when i try and copy,
print, fax, cartridge allignments, anything i try to do it reads Narrow Paper
please load wider paper, everything is set to letter. so i dont know anyone?

Once again your answer is with the hardware vendor.  Pickup the firmware
update that corrects the problem.

     HP PSC 2200 series and Officejet 6100 series models only:

     Paper too narrow

     or

     Paper Mismatch errors  The media type sensor is out of calibration. HP
has released a firmware update that corrects this problem.
       1.. Visit the Support and Drivers Web page and search for the driver
downloads Web page for your product.
       2.. Select your Windows version.
       3.. Locate and select the Firmware Update.
       4.. Follow the directions on the Web page to install the firmware
update.

ok i went to HP.com and found the firmware update i clicked it and its
telling me there is no errors when i run it?
do you have any other ideas of whats wrong with this piece?
