Presumably, you are talking about printing from PowerPoint. From the
PowerPoint "View" menu, you can select Color, Greyscale, or Black &
White, but I don't know that selecting Grayscale will do you much good.
It'll likely just turn your dark blue to black. There are other
variations if you select black&white, but I'm not that familiar with
PowerPoint. I suggest you post your question in
microsoft.public.powerpoint (of course, if you're using some other
presentation application, then post your question in a forum appropriate
to that product).
