Toshiba Tecra M3 / Print Spooler Service missing.

I am trying to install printer, give me error message Print Spooler Service
is not started or present.  

I looked in Services list, I don't see "Print Spooler" service.  My all
other notebook has it.  how do i get it back in there.  When I search for
file is in right place. C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe .  
Help...

Hi Dave, Sounds like were in a simaler boat.  I had the exact same problem.  
Toshiba's tech support was able to help me get the spooler back in the
service list, but now it wont stay started.

Heres what they had me do.  Go here:
http://www.lprf.ca/files/spooler.reg

run that file, and let it modify the registry and then reboot.  The print
spooler should be back in the service list.
