Hi,

I cannot seem to install a simple Plug N Play Hp MP360 printer. usually i
plug the usb bit thats connected to the printer to the computer and install
the drivers that came with the cd. but whenever i plug the usb in, my
computer dosent automatically recognise it, like its never even plugged in.

any ideas? by the way ive installed this printer to this computer before and
ive checked that the usb holes in my computer arnt broken because ive put in
my usb stick in each of them to test if it works.

I can find no reference whatsoever to a MP360 printer at the HP website....
nor any reference to a 360.

The normal procedure for a USB printer is to install the software BEFORE
connecting the printer to the PC...

Did you try a complete uninstall and reinstall:
