After downloading (automatic Microsoft updated 9-16-07) I cannot use my HP
printers – reloading the drivers did not help nor turning off the firewall.
Laptops without update (same printers) work. Tried to use system restore
points previous to download date, but “System cannot be restore” message for
each restore date tried.

Any help, insight or direction is greatly appreciated in solving this problem.
