Hi.  I created a personal cover page and it is in My Documents\Fax\Personal
Cover Pages.  How do I get it to appear in the list of available cover page
options when I send a fax?  The computer has been rebooted since the personal
cover page was created, don't know what else to try; hope someone can help -
thanks!

Open the Fax console and go to 'Tools|Personal Cover Pages|Copy', navigate
to the cover page you created,  select it, and OK your way out.
