Gary, let me guess:  You have a compaq all in one, just
like I do and when you have more than one user profile it
fails to work after switching from the forst user to the
next?  How about if you get error messages stating that
your cartridges are missing?

Compaq swears that there driver upgrades fix that
problem. But so far its nothing but BS.

If you're using Outlook Express for email, then you must tell OE that you
wish to accept email attachments.

From the Toolbar, select Tools, Options and look in the Security Tab. Ensure
you have good antivirus software with updated signature files if you want
this option enabled.
