I have a locally installed lexmark Z55 printer on USB
port. Only one user can print, other uses get a message
indicating that no printer is installed, yet the printer
shows in "Printers & Faxes". All users have administrator
priv.

I attemped to delete the printer and reinstall. Only the
original user that did the original install can do a
reinstall. The install fails for other users including
administrator.

Printing works OK on the only user that works. At one
point in the past, all users could print, not sure what
changed.

I found the answer... To uninstall the printer you must
go to "Add / Remove Programs" and delete the printer
driver (deleting the printer fron "priners and faxes"
does not completely remove the drivers). Once
uninstalled, the drivers were reinstalled and all is OK.
