hi i,m having a problem with my epson stylus c20 printer i can print a test page but cannot print anything else not even from my note pad or word pad can you help please ??? Thankyou Kind regards Leeanne More info needed Leanne.... How is it connected to the PC? USB or LPT? When was the last time it worked correctly? Is this a clean install of XP or an upgrade installation? If an upgrade and the printer was kept connected to the PC during the upgrade, then you have probably have corrupted the drivers and you need to uninstall and reinstall the printer as per: http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article%20One.htm Do NOT miss out Step Four. If you do, XP will simply reinstall the corrupted drivers.
