I have been told there is a hotfix so my USB
multifunctional printer will scan..I can't find it or too
stupid..Microsoft will not help so I turned to you..where
can I get that hotfix? I been to site but can't locate
it..

Go to the HP web site and look for information for your All in One

all I get is there a hotfix however can't be directed to
it..or it wouldn't load..to me looks like pointing
fingers at each other
