Greetings.  Every day I find that my "printers and faxes"
installations are simply gone.  I have reinstalled them
twice, and the next day when I try to print something I
get the message "there are no printers installed," and
when I check the folder, sure enough there is no printer
icon there.

When I try to "add a printer" I get the
message "operation could not be completed."  Can anyone
help?  Thanks -Paul
