Restrict Printer Use

I have a couple of young children who like to print a lot of paper.

They are set up with limited accounts and I am trying to find a way to limit
there access to the printer. I have been through all the help files but cant
find a solution

We have a HP combo 2110C all advice appreciated

another dad 2 u, just limit there paper say 10 pages per
day per kid and if paper is out its out u will be amazed
how quick they learn 2 work with paper correctly. sorry
that i did not have a tech solution 2 ur problem
