What error message, if any, do you get

I'm experiencing a similar problem, although I'm only running XP Home SP1. I get a 'PrintServer connect fail' message and no output. I can send test pages to any of the printers using the printserver utility program  - but can't print from Win XP

My machines are set up to use auto update and I'm wondering if one of the MS updates has caused a problem with my setup - it has been working without a problem for 2 years up until about a month ago
