I can connect to all of my 2000 Servers using RDP, but I can't connect to my NT 4.0 server. Do I need to install terminal services on the NT server? I can connect to my 2000 Servers from the NT 4.0 server using RDP.
NT 4.0 Server and Workstation do not have terminal services. Windows NT 4.0
Terminal Server is a completely separate version of NT.

An alternative might be VNC. Get the server and client software from
http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/
There is also an encryption plug-in available...
