Remote Assistance through firewalls, HOWTO?

I thought you could use RA through a firewall using
messenger or something. It that true and is there
someplace that shows how to set it up?

firewall/NAT/routers...

You also might look at using the email or file method of invitation and possibly modify the RCTICKET
field in the invitation file as needed...

Lastly, make sure TCP Port 3389 is forwarded to the LAN IP address of the PC requesting help.
