is it possible to use the windows xp remote access
feature to access a windows 98 machine. my laptop has wxp
and my server has windows 98. i'd like to be able to
access programs on my server while at trade shows, etc.
any suggestions or info are appreciated.

You cannot connect to a Win98. Upgrade your machine to XP or W2k3 so that
you can set up a VPN server at home and then connect from your laptop.
