My Cousin and I are both using cable modems through Cox Cable.  I can access
his computer with remote assist but he gets the error
"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved"

Any suggestions why we get this one-way error?

Thanks

Either using a cable-modem/dsl router?
Either have their firewall configured not to accept remote assistance?
Both getting DNS information from COX?

Hi!  Did you get a response to this question?  I'm having the same problem
with my mom's machine.

Thanks for any help you could send our way!
