the terminal server has exceeded the number of allowed connections

HOW DO I CHANGE THE NUMBER OF ALLOWED CONNECTIONS
AS OF NOW , I CAN ACCESS MY SERVER REMOTELY SIMULTANEOUSLY ONLY THRU 2 USERS
, I CANT ACCESS WITH MY THIRD USER ACCOUNT , I GET THIS ERROR

You must upgrade to Windows Terminal Server and buy Client Access
Licenses for the additional users...
