We are syncronizing network files that span many driver
letters and many subdirectories deep. The problem is
Synchronizing Offline Folders Does Not Synchronize
Subfolders created by other users. Does anyone have a
work around for this problem?

Hi Robert
Are you saying that when other users create a folder wile off line it will
not Synchronize that folder to the sever?
If so it is more likely to be something to do with permissions or security
may be that they do not have full control
of parent folder and subfolders
