How can 2 users share the same desktop at the same time using XP Pro
Remote Desktop?  right now I have a 2 computer LAN connected via
Belkin cable router, I can access comp 2 from comp 1 using remote
desktop, but my activity can't be watched from comp 2, it only shows
the log-in screen.  How can the user of comp 2 observe or even
co-participate in my activities as i am working on their desktop
remotely?

Use Remote Assistance, instead.

Check that out in Help and Support.

This isn't possible with two computers...  With a 3rd machine, you can
use the shadow functionality, but it will require a 3rd XP Pro machine
(or one of the two machines needs to be running Windows 2003 Server).
