I'm in TN and my wife is in NC.  She sent me a remote invitation to help her
do some stuff on the computer.  I am using a linkksys router that's connected
to a cable modem provided by Charter.  She is using a Sprint DSL modem.  When
I try to connect I get "remote host name cold not be resolved".  What do I
need to do?

I would like to find this out, too.  I am having the exact same problem right
now.  I was able to make connections before to other people but now I can't
now that I moved.
