Connecting Remote

How do I connect to a remote desktop to my laptop from my PC? I type in the
address and a pop up asks for a username and password. I dont use a password
to log on to xp. How do I find this? Is there something else I should be
doing?

Hi,
To connect remotely to your computer you must have a valid username and
password. Open Start/Control Panel/User accounts and check the usernames
that are available. Also you must set a password for the user you will use
to connect remotly.
