I need to take control of remote pc by using an email of the remote user. Is

Remote Assistance lets a Novice user request help from a remote Expert. The
invitation is sent via messenger, email or a file.

Other than that there is no way to use an email to remotely control a PC
other than sending a virus or trojan which I presume is not what you meant.
