remote web connection

HI: can anyone tell me why I get a message saying. " The specified Remote
computer could not be found. Verify that you have typed the correct computer
name or Ip address and then try connecting again". I get pass the Windows
Remote Desktop Web Connection screen but I can't get my host computer long on
screen do to that message. Need some guides please. Thank you!

Well try this command on run  mstsc it will open small RDC screen . You need
here IP or Computer name . If  Internet it should have public IP which u
should have or even name works if it goes through DNS . If u can not contact
ur WEB administrator who controls the remote system
