I can't find the remote access button in the properties manu of the computer
or in the communications list. However when I tried to install remote desktop
from the CD, it doesn't allow me to do that with a error message saying : the
add-in already installed. I didn't find similar problem listed on the forum
before. Please help! Thank you!

Right click on My Computer and select properties. From there select the
Remote Tab and check the enable users to connect to my computer via remote
desktop.
