I support clients using VPN's established through Sonicwall firewalls/VPN
devices.  I use telnet and remote desktop to access client computers.

Occasionally I use remote assistance at these sites, to demonstrate software.

Today I tried to do this with a customer, but after opening my invitation,
the connection could not be established.  I was able to run remote desktop on
the same PC.

Any idea what my issue is??
