Launch a remote application

I have 2 PC's on the same LAN and I want to launch some Windows application
in one PC from the other PC. Is there some utility, freeware or shareware
that does that?

Hi, Mark,

With PCs running Windows XP or Vista, the closest you can come is remote
access to another computer. If you want to run applications remotely using
native Microsoft tools, you'll need an application server.
