Remote Assistance Ticket expires too soon

I am trying to use Remote Assistance to control a  computer that is testing
some highly energetic materials.  At times during the testing process it is
necessary to have someone at the remote computer and another operator at the
local computer.  Both want to see whats going on on the local computer at the
same time, therefore Remote Desktop won’t work.  These computers are on an
isolated LAN so I am not worried about viruses and such.  I don’t have a
domain set up or active directory but have found that using a ticket in a
files works well to establish the remote connection.  The problem I have is
that its difficult to get a new ticket every time I need to establish the
remote connection.  I have tried to extend the expiration time but I get a
message that 1 hour is the maximum time allowed although the drop down lists
go out to 99 days.  I have also tried to change the maximum expiration time
in the System, Remote tab which is set to 30 days and although the drop down
list allow up to 99 days it will only accept a maximum of 30 days which is
much more than 1 hour but I still only get 1 hour when creating a ticket.
Any help would be appreciated.

This page has the information to extend the invitation time out to 99 days.
Its a group policy setting...

With that said perhaps you might consider UltraVNC as an alternative...
