What is a "whm"?

Are you trying to use Remote Desktop to access a remote computer running
Vista Ultimate/Business or XP Pro/MCE?

So what operating system is the Web Host Manager running, ie. Windows 2003
Server or Windows 2000 Server or what? I presume your trying to connect to
that server from your Vista Home Premium client with Remote Desktop on TCP
Port 2087?

Well Remote Desktop will not connect to a Linux box natively AFAIK. Have you
checked the WebHost Manager support pages? WebHost Manager is beyond the
scope of this news group.

I  never had a problem until we  got this new computer.. I have had the  same
host  for 5 years. and  when we had  windows  xp  it worked.so im confused as
why im all of a sudden having problems..
my host has  helped  and they tried on different  networks, and they had  no
problems.. i gave my  admin  the link and she was  able to get in  no
problems. i cant even ping my  site when other people can..so  something is
going on with  either  my internet or this computer  which i cant figure out..
