Hi,

I provide IT support to around 500 users and at work I am frequently called
about problems with offline files where users receive the error, "Parameter
is Incorrect". I know that to resolve this the CSC cache has to be reset, but
all the users changes are lost this way.

The problem is that although we can apply this fix and explain to them that
they will loose data, we do not know why it happens so frequently. Please can
someone explain what can be done in order to prevent this from happening?
