I have a small network, 03 Server as DC/DHCP, 5 xp Pro desktops.

I have two personnel who need remote desktop access to the server. I have
added them to the remote desktop users group and also "allowed" them remote
access to the server. (system properties> remote>checked allow users to
connect remotely to this computer>then "select remote user" and added name
( and checked name to verify).

They still cannot connect. They get the error message that they have to be
granted permission to remote desktop.

All help is appreciated. If all else fails I will use VNC to allow them
access to the server.
