I have a linksys WRT600N router and I have turned on all the ports to 3389,
and TCP. But I cannot remote access in to this single computer.

Does "turned on" mean you forwarded port 3389 on the router to the private
IP of the machine in question on the other side?  And you also allowed
remote desktop through any firewall (software - like WIndows XP SP2
Firewall, Zone Alarm, etc), the users you are going to use for remote
desktop are members of the "Remote Desktop Users" local group and have
passwords assigned to them?

What do you mean "I have turned on all the ports to 3389"? Can you telnet
port 3389?
