HOW DO YOU GET AN ADMIN PASSWORD TAKEN OFF YOUR COMP IF YOUR NOT THE ADMIN

A family member of mine, put an admin password on my comp
i was just wondering how can i take it off... or re-
intall windows, just any means necessary to get it off

Use a different admin account and with this you can set
passwords of other accounts or change their passwords.
