Software Installation Issue

I am having trouble installing some software onto my
machine running Windows XP Pro.  After running through
the installation options, the following message appears
and the installation finishes, incomplete:

Error 1311.Source file not found(cabinet):
H:\SOFTWARE\PSTITCH\ENGLISH\Data1.cab.  Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.

I am logged on as the Administrator and have verified
that the file indeed exists on the CD.  This also happens
on either optical drive installed in my machine.

What's the solution?
