rads01.quadrogram???

I have windows xp home, my sygate instraller keeps asking
me if c;\windows\system32\anh4w.exe should be allowed to
connect with rads01.quadrogram.com  Any idea what that
is, and should I let it connect??  thanks

Check for viruses:

Symantec Security Check

I ran those checks, all clear.  But what is that
rads01??  I have adaware, ran that, all clear.  What is
that rads01.quadrogram???
