after that you will have several options and you
should "see" your drive info. highlite your current drive
information and select repair.This is a way to get you to
the same place as the recovery console but without the
password.

Ifthe part below does not work the the only you have really , is to do a
parallel install next to the OS you aleady have and move your info over to
the new copy. This is easier said then done and needs to be a last resort..
contact microsoft suport for help in doing this..
reason for the admin password is because of security. it usually is blank
when you enter the recovery console. one reason it is asking for a password
is you may have been hit by a hijacker or virus or malware which has chnaged
the admin password . this is really only thing that can change this
password.
