Admin Password

I am trying to repair a damaged XP system (all explorer
references go CPU bound and lock up the system).  I need
my Admin password to run the repair program.  How do I
get it???  Thanks.

Greetings --

   That would be the password you entered when prompted to do so
during the Installation of WinXP Pro.  If you have WinXP Home, there
was no such prompt, so the password would be blank, unless you've
subsequently changed it.

If your problem is with the Recovery Console password:

Or, if you are attempting to perform a Repair Installation, no
password is needed...although if you press an incorrect key you may be
asked for a password:
