no administrator

I have no administrator on my computer. Someone has set
my account to guest and I cannot restore my computer to a
previous state. Help.

You can't set an account to "guest" - there is only ONE guest account. Your
account has most probably been set to "Limited"
You obviously have no password security on your machine at all.

log into the Administrator Account, ( in Home edition, which I assume you
have, boot into Safe Mode), re-set your account to have Admin rights, and
password-protect both your account, and the built-in administrator account
so "no-one" can do this again.

Log on with the original Administrator user:

If that doesn't work out because you don't know the password,
you might try to reset the local Administrator password with
one of the methods mentioned here:
