i have a friend who turned on his computer one day to
find he has a new user account he did not create. He
looged into the account and its is as if he has a new
computer. His my documents folder is empty, so is my
music and my pictures which are most important to him. I
went to C drive, then to documents and settings, then to
a the folder containing his previous account. I get a
message saying access is denied.
The user account he is using has administrator access and
i have also tried logging into the default administrator
account. The problem is the same i get a message saying
access is denied. How do i disable this feature is Win
XP. Please help.

Go into Safe Mode (when the computer starts up press F8
or F12 what ever it says) and log onto the default
Administrator acount and create an administrator account.
