xp pro connecting to c$

I need to be able to connect to c$ but now that sp2 is out
and installed on the intended machine I cant. What do I
need to allow to allow this.

Same with computer management function

c$ netbios?
mmc or computer management is that 445?

Well, do you want to access it from that system?

And SP2 has probaly been corrupted or has installed a firewall disabling
NetBIOS
