Hello... I have several computers running WinXP SP2.
About 1/3rd of them are not detecting Trend Micro's PC-
Cillin 2004. It says NOT FOUND in the Security Center.
Restarting the computer does not help. I know I can turn
off the Alerts, but I would like to resolve this issue if
possible. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Check to see if theres an update for PC Cillin to enable it to work with the
security centre, thats often the problem.

Hello Bob,

I have the same problem; two computers, both with SP2.
On both computers I have Trend Micro Internet Security installed.
On one computer XP detects the software correctly, but on the other not!
So, the solution Robert suggested doesn't work here.
